ANALISIS KOMBINASI PAKAN TAMBAHAN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN UDANG VANAME (Litopenaeus vannamei)

Abstrak: Budidaya udang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei) di Indonesia semakin meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan ekspor udang. Peningkatan ini menyebabkan budidaya vannamei secara intensif untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan produktivitas tambak adalah kualitas nutrisi pertumbuhan dan produktivitas. Tujuan dari penelitian melalui kajian literatur yaitu mengetahui potensi pakan kombinasi bagi vaname. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan dalam artikel membahas tentang penambahan nutrisi, probiotik rempah Berdasarkan hasil wawancara petambak Pasir Sakti Kabupaten Lampung Timur didapatkan makanan pendamping Tambak B (Mina Bahari) berupa rempah-rempah. EM4, tetes tebu/molase, ragi, mengkudu, bawang putih yakult. Di C (Sido Makmur), terdiri tebu, putih, jahe, kunyit, susu skim literatur, rempah-rempah dapat nafsu makan imunitas udang, sehingga tahan penyakit dipercepat pertumbuhannya. 
 Kata kunci : probiotik, rempah, pertumbuhan, vaname.
